Important: Please read these Official Rules before participating. By participating, Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules, and Entrants represent that they satisfy all the eligibility requirements below.

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT IS NECESSARY TO PLAY OR WIN; A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR ODDS OF WINNING.

1. SWEEPSTAKES DESCRIPTION: The "Slurp, Snack, Win - Instant Win Game" (the “Promotion” or "Game") begins on Wednesday, June 24, 2026, at 12:00:01 am Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on Tuesday, August 25, 2026, at 11:59:59 pm ET ("Promotion Period"). Eligible Entrants (as defined in Section 2) have the opportunity to play the Game on the “7-Eleven App” for a chance to instantly win prizes from the 7-Eleven prize pool (the “7-Eleven Prizes”) and on the “Speedway App” for a chance to instantly win prizes from the Speedway prize pool (the “Speedway Prizes”) as outlined in Section 6. Further requirements are detailed in Section 3. The sponsor of this Promotion is 7-Eleven, Inc., 3200 Hackberry Road, Irving, TX 75063 (“7-Eleven” or "Sponsor"). The administrator of this Promotion is Creative Zing Promotion Group, 2100 E Robinson Street, Orlando, FL 32803 ("Administrator"). The Sponsor and Administrator are referred to below as the "Promotion Entities".

2. ELIGIBILITY: Promotion is open only to legal U.S. residents physically residing in the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States or the District of Columbia who are at least sixteen (16) years of age at the time of participation and who meet all other requirements in these Official Rules (each an "Entrant"). The Entrant must be a registered user of 7REWARDS to play the 7-Eleven Game, and a member of Speedy Rewards to play the Speedway Game, as described and defined in Section 3. If the Entrant is under the legal age of majority in their state of primary residence (a "Minor"), one of the Entrant's parents or legal guardians agrees that they have read, understood, and agreed to the Official Rules and that such agreement constitutes acceptance of these Official Rules on behalf of the Entrant and themselves. 7-Eleven corporate employees, contractors, and agencies who are directly involved in the management of the Game and the seeding of Prizes are not eligible to play or win. Promotion is void in Alaska, Hawaii, and where restricted or prohibited by law.

3. HOW TO PARTICIPATE & EARN OR RECEIVE GAMEPLAYS: Eligible Entrants can earn and play up to ten (10) gameplays per Day (each a “Gameplay” and collectively “Gameplays”) to play the 7-Eleven App Game for a chance to win the 7-Eleven Prizes, and eligible Entrants can earn and play up to ten (10) Gameplays per Day to play the Speedway App Game for a chance to win the Speedway Prizes, as detailed below. For the purposes of these Official Rules, a "Day" means any twenty-four (24) hour period during the Promotion Period beginning at 12:00:01 am ET and ending at 11:59:59 pm ET, except for August 25, 2026, where the Day is extended to August 26, at 12:30 am ET to allow for the completion of Gameplays earned through the end of the Promotion Period.

7-ELEVEN APP: The Entrant must have the 7-Eleven, Inc. App (the “7-Eleven App”) to access and play the 7-Eleven App Game. The 7-Eleven App is available for free on Google Play or the Apple App Store. The Entrant must download the 7-Eleven App to a web-enabled iOS or Android mobile device and follow the instructions to register. Data rates may apply. Registered 7-Eleven App users are automatically enrolled in 7REWARDS. Participation in 7REWARDS and use of the 7-Eleven App are subject to Sponsor's Terms, available at https://www.7-eleven.com/terms, and Privacy Notice, linked in Section 12. The Entrant must be a registered user of 7REWARDS to earn or request 7-Eleven Gameplay.

4. INSTANT WIN GAMEPLAY & WINNER NOTIFICATION: Eligible Entrants can play up to ten (10) 7-Eleven App Gameplays and up to ten (10) Speedway App Gameplays per Day, regardless of when or how the Gameplays are earned. 7-Eleven Prizes and Speedway Prizes are randomly seeded in the corresponding 7-Eleven App Game or Speedway App Game throughout the Promotion Period. The first Entrant to play the Game at or immediately after one of these seeded times will be a potential prize “Winner”. The Game interface consists of nine (9) digital icons that can be ‘scratched’ or instantly revealed to determine whether the Entrant is a prize recipient. Prizes are represented as three (3) matching icons correlating to the available prizes, as further described in Section 5. The 7-Eleven Prizes and the Speedway Prizes are generally referred to as the “Prizes” herein.

The potential “Winners” will be notified on-screen immediately following completion of the winning Gameplay, via the 7-Eleven App for Winners of a 7-Eleven Prize and via the Speedway App for Winners of a Speedway Prize. If cellular service is interrupted after a winning Gameplay, the notification message will be displayed upon returning to the corresponding App. Prizes will be fulfilled digitally as ‘rewards’ to the Winner’s corresponding 7REWARDS account or Speedy Rewards account within approximately ten (10) minutes of completing the winning Gameplay. Prizes (except 7REWARDS or Speedy Rewards Points Prizes, as defined in Section 7) can be viewed in the “Deal & Rewards” section of the corresponding 7-Eleven or Speedway App and redeemed in-store by following the in-App instructions and scanning the corresponding App at checkout, or by the winner entering the phone number associated with their 7REWARDS or Speedy Rewards account at the CFD during checkout.

If Gameplays are earned or requested but not played, such Gameplays will remain available in the Entrant’s corresponding 7-Eleven App or Speedway App until they are played or until August 26, 2026, at 12:30 am ET. ALL PURCHASES OR FREE GAMEPLAY REQUESTS COMPLETED BY AUGUST 25, 2026, AT 11:59:59 PM ET, AND ALL GAMEPLAYS MUST BE COMPLETED BY AUGUST 26, 2026, AT 12:30 AM ET. Additional Gameplay will not be accumulated if the Entrant already has a maximum of ten (10) unused Gameplays available.

Any deliberate attempt by an Entrant to exceed the Gameplay limitations stated herein, including through the use of artificial intelligence (“AI”), software or tools, bots, multiple or duplicate accounts, or any other methods intended to subvert fair play, may result in the Entrant being disqualified from participating in the Promotion. Gameplay requests or Gameplay deemed suspicious or generated by a macro, script, or other automated means may be void, and the Entrant will be disqualified. ELIGIBLE ENTRANTS MUST PARTICIPATE PER THESE OFFICIAL RULES. NO OTHER METHOD OF PARTICIPATION WILL BE ACCEPTED. Participation in the Promotion constitutes the Entrant's understanding of and full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any Entrant it determines to be in violation of any term contained in these Official Rules.

The Entrant must be the authorized account holder for the registered 7REWARDS or Speedy Rewards account associated with the Gameplay. In the event of a dispute over the identity of an Entrant, the Entrant will be deemed the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the 7REWARDS account or Speedy Rewards account and such individual must comply with these Official Rules. "Authorized Account Holder" is defined as the natural person in whose name the email account was opened, as long as such person is otherwise eligible in accordance with these Official Rules. If a dispute regarding the identity of an Entrant cannot be resolved to the Sponsor's satisfaction, the affected Entrant or potential Winner will be deemed ineligible.

5. ODDS OF WINNING: Odds of winning a 7-Eleven Prize depend on the total number of eligible Gameplays received in the 7-Eleven App, the date and time of Gameplay, and the number of 7-Eleven Prizes remaining at the time of Gameplay. Odds of winning a Speedway Prize depend on the total number of eligible Gameplays received in the Speedway App, the date and time of Gameplay, and the number of Speedway Prizes remaining at the time of Gameplay. The number of Prizes available to be won in the corresponding 7-Eleven App or Speedway App will diminish as Prizes are awarded throughout the Promotion Period.

6. PRIZES: There are 380,216 total Prizes available, as outlined below. The cumulative approximate retail value (“ARV”) of all Prizes is $667,999.46.

7-Eleven Prizes: There are a total of 190,108 7-Eleven Prizes available for the duration of the Promotion Period, as detailed below. The 7-Eleven Prizes have an ARV of $333,999.73. All 7-Eleven Prizes will be awarded digitally as ‘rewards’ via the 7-Eleven App within approximately ten (10) minutes of receiving the winning Gameplay notification. Each Prize reward (excluding 7REWARDS Points Prizes) is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issuance. 7REWARDS Points Prizes are added to each Winner’s existing 7REWARDS points balance and will remain valid in accordance with 7REWARDS Terms. Terms and conditions apply.

Speedway Prizes: There are a total of 190,108 Speedway Prizes available for the duration of the Promotion Period, as detailed below. The Speedway Prizes have an ARV of $333,999.73. All Speedway Prizes will be awarded digitally as ‘rewards’ via the Speedway App within approximately ten (10) minutes of receiving the winning Gameplay notification. Each digital Prize award (excluding Speedy Reward Points Prizes) is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issuance. Speedy Rewards Points Prizes are added to each Winner’s existing Speedy Rewards points balance and will remain valid in accordance with Speedy Rewards Terms. Terms and conditions apply.

UNCLAIMED, UNREDEEMED, OR UNUTILIZED PRIZES WILL NOT BE AWARDED/RE-AWARDED. If, due to an error of any kind, more winning messages or notifications are delivered to Entrants, or more Prizes are awarded than the number of Prizes available per Section 6, the intended number of Prizes will be awarded in a random drawing from among all eligible, verified Gameplays received as of the date the issue arose. The Promotion Entities assume no responsibility for any injury or damage to Entrant’s or to any other person’s device relating to or resulting from playing, entering, or downloading materials or software in connection with the Promotion. ALL FEDERAL, STATE, AND LOCAL TAXES, AND ANY OTHER COSTS AND EXPENSES ASSOCIATED WITH THE RECEIPT OR USE OF ANY PRIZE ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE WINNER.

7. DISCLAIMER: Promotion Entities and each of their respective parent companies, partners, subsidiaries, franchisees, affiliates, directors, officers, professional advisors, consultants, contractors, legal counsel, public relations firms, employees, advertising, fulfillment, and marketing agencies (collectively, the "Released Parties") will not be responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, stolen, delayed, misdirected, undelivered, or garbled Gameplays, Gameplay requests, Prize rewards, purchases, notifications, email, or other communications of any kind; or for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website, platform, application, or other connections, availability or accessibility or miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, telephone or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or other errors or difficulties of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, computer, network, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Promotion, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration or functionality of the Game, the announcement of the Prizes, or in any Promotion-related materials.

8. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY AND RELEASES: By participating in the Promotion, the Entrant (and if the Entrant is a Minor, the Entrant's parent or legal guardian) releases all Released Parties from any liability whatsoever and waives any and all causes of action, related to any claims, costs, injuries, losses, death or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the Promotion or acceptance and use of the Prize (including claims, costs, injuries, losses and damages related to rights of publicity or privacy, defamation or portrayal in a false light, whether intentional or unintentional), whether under a theory of contract, tort (including negligence), warranty or other theory. IF THE ENTRANT IS A MINOR, THEIR PARENTS OR LEGAL GUARDIANS FURTHER AGREE TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS EACH OF THE RELEASED PARTIES FROM ANY CLAIMS, COSTS, INJURIES, LOSSES, OR DAMAGES DESCRIBED IN THE PRECEDING SENTENCE OF THIS PARAGRAPH THAT MAY BE SUFFERED BY THE ENTRANT. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL THE SPONSOR OR THE RELEASED PARTIES BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF USE, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR LOSS OF DATA, WHETHER IN AN ACTION IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE) OR OTHERWISE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED TO PARTICIPATION IN THE PROMOTION OR USE OR INABILITY TO USE ANY EQUIPMENT PROVIDED FOR USE IN THE PROMOTION OR ANY PRIZE, EVEN IF A RELEASED PARTY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL THE AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF THE RELEASED PARTIES (JOINTLY) ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO PARTICIPATION IN THE PROMOTION OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE ANY EQUIPMENT PROVIDED FOR USE IN THE PROMOTION OR ANY PRIZE EXCEED $10. THE LIMITATIONS OUTLINED IN THIS SECTION WILL NOT EXCLUDE OR LIMIT LIABILITY FOR PERSONAL INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE CAUSED BY PRODUCTS BOUGHT FROM THE SPONSOR OR FOR THE RELEASED PARTIES' GROSS NEGLIGENCE, INTENTIONAL MISCONDUCT, OR FRAUD. AS A CONDITION OF ACCEPTING THE PRIZE, WINNER WILL INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS THE RELEASED PARTIES FROM ANY CLAIMS, COSTS, INJURIES, LOSSES, OR DAMAGES THAT ARISE OUT OF WINNER'S ACCEPTANCE, PARTICIPATION IN, USE, MISUSE, NEGLIGENCE, OR WILLFUL MISCONDUCT IN CONNECTION WITH THE PRIZE (OR ANY COMPONENT THEREOF).

9. USE OF WINNER'S NAME AND LIKENESS: If requested, except where prohibited by law, a Winner (or if a Minor, Entrant's parent, or legal guardian) may be asked to execute a consent to use their name, hometown, aural and visual likeness, Prize information, and any content, photograph, film, video, footage, audio recording or other recordings of them or such materials in connection with their receipt of the Prize for advertising, marketing, and promotional purposes (and on a public-facing winners list) without further permission or compensation or notification. By participating in the Promotion, the Entrant (or if a Minor, Entrant's parent, or legal guardian) consents to being contacted by the Promotion Entities and Released Parties for any purpose in connection with this Promotion.

10. DISPUTES: These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, U.S.A., without regard to Texas conflict of law provisions. By participating in the Promotion, each Entrant (or their parent or legal guardian if a Minor) irrevocably consents to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts in Dallas, Texas, for all disputes arising out of or relating to the Promotion. Any legal action against the Sponsor must be commenced within two years after the claim arose. Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to the Promotion or these Official Rules will be settled by binding arbitration before JAMS, Inc. and in accordance with the JAMS Comprehensive Arbitration Rules and Procedures. Any such controversy or claim shall be arbitrated individually and shall not be consolidated in any arbitration with any claim or controversy of any other party. Each party shall be responsible for its costs incurred in such arbitration, but if the Entrant cannot afford to pay for the arbitration, the Entrant agrees to provide the Sponsor the option of paying the arbitrator before seeking to initiate any other form of dispute resolution, including litigation. The arbitration will be conducted in Dallas County, Texas, and judgment on the arbitration award may be entered into any court having jurisdiction thereof. The arbitrator's award shall be final and binding upon the parties without appeal or review. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Sponsor may immediately seek any interim or preliminary injunctive relief from any court of competent jurisdiction as necessary to protect its rights or property (including intellectual property rights).

11. GENERAL CONDITIONS: Entrants (or if a Minor, Entrant's parent, or legal guardian) agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of the Promotion Entities, which are final and binding in all respects. Sponsor reserves the right to change these Official Rules at any time, at its sole discretion, and to suspend or cancel the Promotion or any Entrant's participation in the Promotion should viruses, bugs, unauthorized human intervention, or other causes beyond the Promotion Entities’ reasonable control affect the administration, security or proper participation in the Promotion, or any of the Promotion Entities otherwise becomes (in its sole discretion) incapable of running the Promotion as planned. Entrants who violate these Official Rules, violate any law, rule, or regulation in connection with participation in the Promotion, tamper with the operation of the Promotion, or engage in any conduct that is detrimental or unfair to Sponsor, the Promotion, or any other Entrant (as determined in Sponsor's sole discretion) are subject to disqualification, in which case, the Entrant's 7-Eleven App, Speedway App, 7REWARDS or Speedy Rewards account privileges may be revoked. Sponsor reserves the right to lock out people whose eligibility is in question, who have been disqualified, or otherwise ineligible to participate in the Promotion. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entries received that contain inappropriate or offensive content. The Promotion Entities’ failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules will not constitute a waiver of that provision. Any provision of these Official Rules deemed unenforceable will be enforced to the extent permissible, and the remainder of these Official Rules will remain in effect. The use of the terms "include" or "including" in these Official Rules is illustrative and not limiting.

12. PRIVACY: The information provided by Entrants will only be used as provided in these Terms or the Privacy Notice. See 7-Eleven's Privacy Notice at https://www.7-eleven.com/privacy and Speedway's Privacy Notice at https://www.speedway.com/about/privacy-policy for details regarding the use of the personal information collected in connection with this Promotion. In the event of any conflict between these Official Rules and such Privacy Notices, these Official Rules shall control. By participating, the Entrant (or if a Minor, Entrant's parent, or legal guardian) grants the Sponsor permission to share the Entrant's name, email address, and any other personally identifiable information with the Administrator solely for the purpose of Promotion administration and fulfillment.

For purposes of the Sweepstakes, "Household Members" means those people who share the same residence at least three months a year, whether or not related; "Immediate Family Members" means parents, stepparents, legal guardians, children, stepchildren, siblings, step-siblings, or spouses, regardless of where they live. Sweepstakes is void in Alaska, Hawaii, and where restricted or prohibited by law.

3. HOW TO ENTER: There are five (5) ways to participate in the Sweepstakes (each an "Entry Method" and collectively "Entry Methods"), as described below. For purposes of these Official Rules, a "Day" means any twenty-four (24) hour period during the Sweepstakes Period beginning at 12:00:01 am local time ("LT") and ending at 11:59:59 pm LT, except on June 24, 2026, when the Day starts at 12:00:01 am ET, and on August 25, 2026, when the Day ends at 11:59:59 pm ET (regardless of Entrant's local time).

The 7-Eleven, Inc. App (the "7-Eleven App"), the 7NOW App (the "7NOW App"), or the Speedway LLC App (the "Speedway App") are required for certain methods of entry as detailed below. The 7-Eleven App, 7NOW App, and Speedway App can be obtained for free by visiting Google Play or the Apple App Store and downloading the 7-Eleven App or 7NOW App to a compatible web-enabled iOS or Android mobile device or downloading the Speedway App to a compatible web-enabled iOS or Android mobile device, then following the in-app instructions to complete an account profile. Registered 7-Eleven App, 7NOW App, and Speedway App users are automatically enrolled in 7REWARDS or Speedy Rewards. Data rates may apply. Participation in 7REWARDS and use of the 7-Eleven App and 7NOW App are subject to the 7-Eleven Terms, available at https://www.7-eleven.com/terms, and Privacy Notice, linked in Section 12 below. Participation in Speedy Rewards and use of the Speedway App are subject to Speedway's Terms, available at https://www.speedway.com/about/terms-and-conditions, and the Speedway Privacy Notice, linked in Section 12 below. Individuals can opt out of marketing communications at any time; however, if an Entrant has OPTED OUT of email communications from 7-Eleven (if participating via 7REWARDS) or Speedway (if participating via Speedy Rewards) before the drawing date, such an individual may be excluded from notification as a potential Winner (as defined in Section 4). Entrants can review communication settings in the 7-Eleven App, 7NOW App, or Speedway App by clicking on the account icon in the upper right-hand corner, then navigating to Preferences, then Notification, or by logging in at www.7-eleven.com or www.speedway.com and clicking on Account details.

Entry Methods 1 - 4 below are available during the Sweepstakes Period at participating 7-Eleven, Stripes, and Speedway store locations and 7NOW delivery locations. Entry Method 5 is available for free during the entire Sweepstakes Period, as further described below. For Entry Method 5, Mail-In Entries must be postmarked by Tuesday, August 25, 2026, and received by Tuesday, September 1, 2026.

THERE IS A LIMIT OF TEN (10) ENTRIES PER PERSON PER DAY, REGARDLESS OF THE ENTRY METHOD.

1.) 7-Eleven App Entry: The 7-Eleven App is required for this method of entry. Eligible Entrants must present and have their 7-Eleven App scanned during traditional, e-wallet, or mobile checkout when purchasing one or more Participating Products to automatically receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes for each Participating Product, up to a maximum of ten (10) entries per Day.

2.) 7NOW App Entry: The 7NOW App is required for this method of entry. Eligible Entrants must use the 7NOW App to complete an order of one or more Participating Products to automatically receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes for each Participating Product, up to a maximum of ten (10) entries per Day.

3.) Speedway App Entry: The Speedway App is required for this method of entry. Eligible Entrants must present and have their Speedway App scanned during checkout when purchasing one or more Participating Products to automatically receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes for each Participating Product, up to a maximum of ten (10) entries per Day.

4.) 7REWARDS & Speedy Rewards Card/CFD/PIN Entry: Eligible Entrants must input their registered phone number via the consumer-facing display/PIN pad ("CFD") during checkout from 7-Eleven, Stripes or Speedway to access the corresponding 7REWARDS or Speedy Rewards account or present/scan their 7REWARDS or Speedy Rewards card during checkout at the corresponding retailer when purchasing one or more Participating Products to automatically receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes for each Participating Product, up to a maximum of ten (10) entries per Day.

For 7-Eleven, 7NOW, Speedway App, and 7REWARDS/Speedy Rewards Card/CFD/PIN Methods of Entry: Rewards points may still be accumulated for 7-Eleven App, 7NOW App, Speedway App, 7REWARDS card, Speedy Rewards card, and CFD scans that exceed the entry limitations, but no additional Sweepstakes entries will be awarded for those scans.

5.) FREE Mail-In Method of Entry: To enter the Sweepstakes without completing a purchase (each a "Mail-In Entry" or collectively, the "Mail-In Entries"), the eligible Entrant must handwrite the Required Information provided below on a 3” x 5” index card and send it via USPS mail to the address below. Mail-in Entries must be postmarked by Tuesday, August 25, 2026, and received by Tuesday, September 1, 2026. Mail-In Entries postmarked after Tuesday, August 25, 2026, or received after Tuesday, September 1, 2026, will not be accepted.

Each Mail-In Entry must be in a separate handwritten envelope and mailed separately. Photocopied or mechanically reproduced envelopes or entries are not eligible. All Mail-In Entries become the property of Sweepstakes Entities and will not be returned or acknowledged. Entrants will receive up to ten (10) entries into the Sweepstakes for each eligible Mail-In Entry received by the Sweepstakes Entities (depending on whether the Entrant also entered via any of the other Entry Methods on the same Day). Limit one (1) Mail-In Entry per 7-Eleven Member ID or Speedy Rewards Member ID per Day. Mail-In Entries will be attributed to the Day on which they are postmarked. Entrant is permitted two (2) postmarked entries for either Saturday or Monday (to account for Sunday entry) and two (2) postmarked entries on either the day before or after a federal holiday (to account for the holiday entry). Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for lost, late, damaged, illegible, misdirected, or postage-due Mail-In Entries.

For All Entry Methods: Under no circumstances will an Entrant receive more than ten (10) entries per Day, regardless of Entry Method or combination of Entry Methods. Entries from any Entrant in excess of the limitations set forth herein will be void. All entries (except Mail-In Entries) must be received by Tuesday, August 25, 2026, at 11:59:59 pm ET. Mail-In Entries must be postmarked by Tuesday, August 25, 2026, and received by Tuesday, September 1, 2026. Any deliberate attempt by an Entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries, including through artificial intelligence (“AI”) software or tools, bots, multiple or duplicate accounts, or any other methods, will void such Entrant's entries, and that Entrant may be disqualified from the Sweepstakes. Entries generated by AI software or tools, bots, or a macro, script, or other automated means meant to subvert the entry process will be disqualified. All entries become the sole property of the Sponsor. ELIGIBLE ENTRANTS MUST SUBMIT THE REQUESTED ENTRY INFORMATION IN ACCORDANCE WITH THESE OFFICIAL RULES. NO OTHER METHODS OF SUBMISSION WILL BE ACCEPTED. Participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes the Entrant's (and, if a Minor, their parent’s or legal guardian’s) understanding of and full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any Entrant that the Sponsor determines to be in violation of any term contained in these Official Rules.

4. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION: On or about September 2, 2026 (the "Drawing Date"), the Administrator will conduct one (1) random drawing from all eligible entries received from Entry Methods 1 – 5 combined to select the potential winners of the "Prizes" outlined in Section 6. Pending confirmation of eligibility and completion of the required steps outlined below to claim a Prize, each potential Winner will be confirmed by the Administrator as a "Winner".

Within approximately five (5) business days of the Drawing Date, the Administrator will notify the potential Winner via email and/or Adobe Sign at the email address associated with their corresponding 7REWARDS or Speedy Rewards account or Mail-In Entry. The potential Winner (or if a Minor, potential Winner's parent, or legal guardian) will be required to respond (as directed) to the notification within three (3) business days (or a shorter time if required by exigencies) of attempted notification. The potential Winner (or if a Minor, potential Winner's parent, or legal guardian) will be required to verify address, sign, and return within three (3) days of initial notification one or more forms covering eligibility, liability, advertising, and (unless prohibited by law) publicity rights, and such other documents the Sweepstakes Entities may require (collectively, the “Prize Acceptance Forms”). ALL FEDERAL, STATE, AND LOCAL TAXES, IF APPLICABLE, AND ANY OTHER FEES OR COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH THE PRIZE ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE WINNER.

If the Winner is a Minor, all Event details (as defined in Section 6) will be arranged exclusively through the Winner’s parent or legal guardian.

If an email address is invalid or a potential Winner fails to respond as directed, or within the time provided, the Prize may be forfeited. If a potential Winner forfeits the Prize, is found to be ineligible, or if they have not complied with these Official Rules, or decline the Prize for any reason prior to award, such potential Winner will be disqualified, and an alternate potential Winner will be selected at random from the eligible Entries in accordance with the aforementioned procedures.  The Sweepstakes Entities will attempt to contact up to five (5) potential Winners of each Prize in accordance with the above procedure, after which the Prize may go unawarded if it remains unclaimed.  If a Prize is awarded but goes unclaimed, such Prize may not be re-awarded at the discretion of the Sweepstakes Entities.

5. ODDS OF WINNING: Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible Entries received for the Sweepstakes Period.

6. PRIZES (60 Total): There are sixty (60) Prizes available. Each Prize consists of a private SLURPEE Truck event (the “Event”) for the Winner at a mutually agreed-upon location and Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00), awarded to the Winner in the form of a check. The Prize has a maximum approximate retail value (“ARV”) of $1,500.00.

CUMULATIVE ARV OF ALL PRIZES $90,000.00.

The Winner must select their Event date and location by no later than March 1, 2027, or the Prize may be forfeited in its entirety. The Event date must allow at least sixty (60) days' advance notice for preplanning and must occur before October 25, 2027. THE EVENT DATE, LOCATION AND DETAILS ARE SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION AND APPROVAL BY THE SPONSOR AND ITS DESIGNEES. The SLURPEE Truck is a self-contained, self-powered vehicle that requires a relatively flat 20’ x 30’ setup area. All Event and location requirements and additional details will be communicated directly to each Winner. The Event duration is up to four (4) hours and consists of up to a maximum of five hundred (500) 12 oz SLURPEE drinks or up to a maximum of one thousand (1,000) 5.5 oz SLURPEE drinks. The cash portion of the Prize will be fulfilled within approximately two (2) weeks of the scheduled Event date. Once the Event date is scheduled, verified and confirmed, the Winner cannot change or reschedule the Event. If the Event is not at the Winner’s home, the Winner is solely responsible for travel to and from the Event location; no accommodations will be provided. The Winner is responsible for arranging for family, friends, and guests to attend the Event.

If the Event or any portion of the Event cannot be fulfilled due to inclement weather, mechanical difficulties, or other circumstances beyond the control of the Sponsor or its designees, the cash portion of the Prize will fully satisfy the Sponsor’s Prize obligations. All values are in U.S. dollars. No cash alternatives, transfers, or Prize substitutions are allowed. The ARV is subject to price fluctuations in the consumer marketplace based on, among other things, any gap in time between the date the ARV is estimated for purposes of these Official Rules and the date a Prize is awarded or redeemed. If the actual value of a Prize is less than the ARV stated herein or if fewer SLURPEE drinks are dispensed than the maximum quantities stated herein, the Winner will not be entitled to a check, cash, or other form of payment for the price difference. Prizes are awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied. All Prize details are at the Sponsor’s discretion. Other restrictions may apply. Limit one (1) Prize per person. Trilogy Marketing is solely responsible for all on-site Event fulfillment.

7. DISCLAIMER: Sweepstakes Entities, and each of their respective parent companies, partners, subsidiaries, franchisees, affiliates, directors, officers, professional advisors, consultants, contractors, legal counsel, public relations firms, employees, advertising, fulfillment, and marketing agencies (collectively, the "Released Parties") will not be responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, stolen, delayed, misdirected, undelivered or garbled entries, registrations, transactions, email, mail or communications of any other kind; or for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website, or other connections, availability or accessibility or miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, telephone or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or other errors or difficulties of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, computer, network, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, the processing of entries or purchases, the announcement of the Prizes, the functionality of the 7-Eleven App, 7NOW App, Speedway App, 7REWARDS card, Speedy Rewards card, or CFD devices, or in any Sweepstakes-related materials. Released Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by the site or App users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes. Released Parties are not responsible for injury or damage to participants or to any other person's device related to or resulting from participation in this Sweepstakes.

Should any portion of the Sweepstakes be, in Sponsor’s sole opinion, compromised by viruses, worms, bugs, non-authorized human intervention, or other causes which, in the sole opinion of the Sponsor, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness, or proper play, or submission of entries, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the Sweepstakes (or any portion thereof) and, if terminated, at their discretion, select the potential Winners via random drawing from all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to action taken or as otherwise deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsor.

8. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY AND RELEASES: By participating in the Sweepstakes, the Entrant (and if the Entrant is a Minor, the Entrant's parent or legal guardian) releases the Sweepstakes Entities, and all the Released Parties from any liability whatsoever and waive any and all causes of action, related to any claims, costs, injuries, losses, death or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the Sweepstakes or acceptance and use of a Prize (including claims, costs, injuries, losses and damages related to rights of publicity or privacy, defamation or portrayal in a false light, whether intentional or unintentional), whether under a theory of contract, tort (including negligence), warranty or other theory. IF THE ENTRANT IS A MINOR, THEIR PARENT OR LEGAL GUARDIAN FURTHER AGREES TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS EACH OF THE RELEASED PARTIES FROM ANY CLAIMS, COSTS, INJURIES, LOSSES, OR DAMAGES DESCRIBED IN THE PRECEDING SENTENCE OF THIS PARAGRAPH THAT MAY BE SUFFERED BY THE ENTRANT. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL THE SPONSOR OR THE RELEASED PARTIES BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF USE, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR LOSS OF DATA, WHETHER IN AN ACTION IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE) OR OTHERWISE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED TO PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEPSTAKES OR USE OR INABILITY TO USE ANY EQUIPMENT PROVIDED FOR USE IN THE SWEEPSTAKES OR ANY PRIZE, EVEN IF A RELEASED PARTY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL THE AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF THE RELEASED PARTIES (JOINTLY) ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEPSTAKES OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE ANY EQUIPMENT PROVIDED FOR USE IN THE SWEEPSTAKES OR ANY PRIZE EXCEED $10. THE LIMITATIONS SET FORTH IN THIS SECTION WILL NOT EXCLUDE OR LIMIT LIABILITY FOR PERSONAL INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE CAUSED BY PRODUCTS BOUGHT FROM THE SPONSOR OR FOR THE RELEASED PARTIES' GROSS NEGLIGENCE, INTENTIONAL MISCONDUCT, OR FRAUD. AS A CONDITION OF ACCEPTING A PRIZE, EACH WINNER WILL INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS THE RELEASED PARTIES FROM ANY CLAIMS, COSTS, INJURIES, LOSSES, OR DAMAGES THAT ARISE OUT OF EACH WINNER'S ACCEPTANCE, PARTICIPATION IN, USE, MISUSE, NEGLIGENCE, OR WILLFUL MISCONDUCT IN CONNECTION WITH THE PRIZE (OR ANY COMPONENT THEREOF).

9. USE OF WINNER'S NAME AND LIKENESS: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes permission for the Sweepstakes Entities or Released Parties to use each Winner's name, hometown, aural and visual likeness, and Prize information for advertising, marketing, and promotional purposes in any and all media, now or later devised, worldwide in perpetuity, without further permission or compensation or notification (including in a public-facing list of Winners). As a condition of being awarded any Prize, except where prohibited by law, the Winner (and if a Minor, Winner's parent, or legal guardian) may be required to execute a consent to use the aforementioned information. By participating in the Sweepstakes, the Entrant (or if a Minor, Entrant's parent, or legal guardian) consents to being contacted by the Sweepstakes Entities and Released Parties for any purpose in connection with this Sweepstakes.

10. DISPUTES: These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, U.S.A., without regard to Texas conflict of law provisions. By participating in the Sweepstakes, each Entrant (or if a Minor, Entrant's parent, or legal guardian) irrevocably consents to the exclusive (subject to the arbitration provision below) jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts in Dallas, Texas, for all disputes arising out of or relating to the Sweepstakes. Any legal action against the Sponsor must be commenced within two years after the claim arose. Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to the Sweepstakes, or these Official Rules, will be settled by binding arbitration before JAMS, Inc., and in accordance with the JAMS Comprehensive Arbitration Rules and Procedures. Any such controversy or claim shall be arbitrated individually and shall not be consolidated in any arbitration with any claim or controversy of any other party. Each party shall be responsible for the costs incurred in such arbitration, but if the Entrant cannot afford to pay for the arbitration, the Entrant agrees to provide the Sponsor the option of paying the arbitrator before seeking to initiate any other form of dispute resolution, including litigation. The arbitration will be conducted in Dallas County, Texas, and judgment on the arbitration award may be entered into any court having jurisdiction thereof. The arbitrator's award shall be final and binding upon the parties without appeal or review. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Sponsor may immediately seek any interim or preliminary injunctive relief from any court of competent jurisdiction as necessary to protect its rights or property (including intellectual property rights).

11. GENERAL CONDITIONS: Entrants (or if a Minor, Entrant's parent, or legal guardian) agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of the Sweepstakes Entities, which are final and binding in all respects. Sponsor reserve the right to change these Official Rules at any time, at its sole discretion, and to suspend or cancel the Sweepstakes (or any portion thereof) or any Entrant's participation in the Sweepstakes should computer viruses, bugs, unauthorized human intervention, or other causes affect the administration, security or proper participation in the Sweepstakes, or Sponsor otherwise becomes (in its sole discretion) incapable of running the Sweepstakes as planned. Entrants who violate these Official Rules, violate any law, rule, or regulation in connection with participation in the Sweepstakes, tamper with the operation of the Sweepstakes, or engage in any conduct that is detrimental or unfair to Sweepstakes Entities, or any other Entrant (as determined at the sole discretion of the Sweepstakes Entities) are subject to disqualification, in which case, the Entrant's 7-Eleven App, 7NOW App, Speedway App, 7REWARDS or Speedy Rewards account privileges may be revoked. Sponsor reserves the right to lock out people whose eligibility is in question or who have been disqualified or are otherwise ineligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. Sweepstakes Entities reserves the right to disqualify any entries received that contain inappropriate or offensive content. Sweepstakes Entities’ failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules will not constitute a waiver of that provision. Any provision of these Official Rules deemed unenforceable will be enforced to the extent permissible, and the remainder of these Official Rules will remain in effect. The use of the terms "include" or "including" in these Official Rules is illustrative and not limiting.

12. PRIVACY: The information provided by Entrants will only be used as provided in these Terms or the Privacy Notice corresponding to the Entrant's form of entry. See 7-Eleven's Privacy Notice at https://www.7-eleven.com/privacy and Speedway's Privacy Notice at https://www.speedway.com/about/privacy-policy for details regarding the use of the personal information collected in connection with this Sweepstakes. In the event of any conflict between these Official Rules and such Privacy Notices, these Official Rules shall control. By participating, the Entrant (or if a Minor, Entrant's parent, or legal guardian) grants the Sponsor permission to share the Entrant's name, email address, and any other personally identifiable information with the Administrator solely for the purpose of Sweepstakes administration and fulfillment.

13. WINNERS /OFFICIAL RULES: To request a list of Winners (first name, last initial, city, and state), send a stamped, self-addressed, business-size envelope to Creative Zing/7-Eleven SLURPEE Truck VIP Experience Winners, 2100 E Robinson Street, Orlando, FL 32803. Requests must be received no later than December 31, 2026.
